It's not necessarily a world stopping event for everyone, but in my world it's the culmination of something I'd anticipated, hoped, maybe even dreamed of, for well over a decade. You see, there is one organisation I deal with a tremendous amount, but they're a great bunch of people, and sadly they are never available when I finish work. They spent heaps on an incredible voicemail system because they're a little shy on the phone, and though I can use their website for the last few years, there are often questions that need a human response. It's the paradox of working life I guess, but today everything changed. Today, is the day my bank got email.
