I've always loved burgers. As a kid there was this one burger bar a few blocks up from my house between London's Notting Hill and Holland Park districts. The big treat on Saturdays was to head there with my folks and pig out on their flame grilled double cheese burger - so large it was almost impossible to hold. It came with this wheel of relish trays and a big mountain of chips that quickly - along with much of me - got covered in ketchup. Ever since I've been on the look out for that ultimate burger, and about a thousand beef patties later figured it was time to share some of the highs (and lows) of that adventure. UltimateBurgerGuide.com is a simple blog for those of us who crave a great burger to help eachother out.
